Jonathan Fitzgerald MSc, MBA

Mr. Fitzgerald became non-executive Chairman of Anaconda Mining following the company’s acquisition of Orex Exploration in 2017. Mr. Fitzgerald was Chairman and CEO of Orex, the initial developer of the company’s flagship Goldboro Project. Additionally, he represents the company on the board of Novamera Inc., a spin-out and venture-backed mining technology company.
Mr. Fitzgerald is a co-founder of Stope Capital Advisors, a Toronto-based merchant bank focused on the resource and agriculture sectors. With 30+ years of investment banking experience, Mr. Fitzgerald has sourced and executed a wide variety of complex transactions across multiple industries. Mr. Fitzgerald received a B.A. with Distinction from Bowdoin College, a MSc. (Econ) from The London School of Economics and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Boris is a seasoned M&A advisor with over 20 years of transactional experience across a broad range of industry sectors. Boris has advised on well-over $60 billion in successful corporate transactions, including some of the most complex transactions completed in North America.
Over the course of his career, Boris has worked both with larger, fully-integrated investment banks as well as with independent, employee-owned boutique dealers. He was most recently managing director of M&A at CIBC World Markets, the capital markets subsidiary of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, with responsibility for all origination and execution activity in the Diversified Industries sector. Prior to CIBC, Boris was senior partner and head of M&A at Cormark Securities, one of the leading independent investment dealers in Canada. Prior to Cormark, Boris was managing director of M&A at TD Securities, the capital markets arm of Toronto-Dominion Bank, which he joined through TD’s acquisition of Newcrest Capital, a leading Canadian independent dealer where he had been vice president. Boris started his career at BMO Capital Markets, the investment banking affiliate of Bank of Montreal, where he worked both in Toronto and the United Kingdom.
Boris earned his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, and his B.Comm from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
Alexander Logie BComm

Alex Logie has thirty years of experience in the financial services sector, including twelve years as Executive Vice President of Citibank Canada where he was the head trader in the Global Debt Derivative group. Most recently, Alex was a Founding Director and CFO of San Diego, California based Tsunami VR, Inc., an enterprise Software as a Service ("SaaS") company focused on virtual reality and augmented reality.
Mr. Logie was the Co-Founder and CFO of Crane Capital Group, a boutique private equity and venture company which was sold to Bear Stearns Asset Management Inc. in 2008. In 2012, he founded and was the CEO of Mercury Capital, a Toronto Stock Exchange listed capital pool corporation sold to Canada Coal, Inc. and he was also the CEO of Hong Kong based Baron Asset Management. In addition, Mr. Logie acted as an advisory member of the Canadian Venture Capital Association.
In 1982, Mr. Logie completed the Bachelor of Commerce program at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. Prior to that, Mr. Logie graduated from Upper Canada College in Toronto.
